The chairs in the waiting room look nasty and worn out. No one greeted me when I entered, they were on the phones and I had to wait.

Turn over rate of therapists recently.

Sales pitch after my massage took away from my good feeling massage, as well as, being charged another $60, when my gift card should have covered everything.

I thought my massage would be a "full body" massage. The therapist only massaged the areas of my body where I was having discomfort, i.e. my hands, arms, lower legs (not my thighs) and feet. She didn't include the other areas of my body, which made the service feel incomplete. But what I did recieve felt absolutely wonderful.

I was satisfied however I paid for an hour massage and my appt was at 1pm intake took 10 Min (I arrived 15 min early) she got started a few min after 1 and finished at 1:50 so it wasn’t an hour. Also no upsell for additional treatments was offered such as hot stones etc.

I;m not sure that the subtle changes by the new owner are good for clients

Appointment not available for my days off calling 4-6 days prior r. Then my Appointment time was changed twice

I had no problems with receptionist

A bit of difficulty in getting service prescheduled for 13 year old granddaughter

I was injured, and it said not have a massage for seven weeks. No one told me I would be charged $10 for each month. I did not think it was right to charge me $10 until my injury healed.
