I had booked two appointments in advance only to find it wasn't on their books upon my arrival. It was on mine. Used different therapist and booked two days later. Bookkeeping error on the part of the office.

The online booking only gave options for introductory massages and not if you have already been there. Also I thought I booked for a hot rock and recieved a Swedish massage. It was still a very good massage, just booking was a bit confusing

Availability for massage during weekend is extremely low, esp w/ female therapists. Clients gets charged fee for no show but I was cancelled on twice in a row due to therapist schedule change (when I finally got the appts weeks in advance) but no compensation or accommodation. And my aesthetician was not adequately skilled for my add-on service scalp massage. Pls provide training for gauging customer preference for pressure.

Sam was amazing, however the esthetician was sharing quite a bit of personal information and swore once or twice during our visit.

Massage hurt the whole time and afterwards. Will not use this therapist again.

I have tried 4 different therapists because my appointments have been canceled due to therapists not being at work. Two or three appointments were canceled the day of the appointment. I hope the therapist I saw last is reliable. I like her a lot. I also don’t care to fill out long online forms most times I come in. I understand filling out the COVID form each time but the others are a bit much.

The lobby chairs are worn out so I cannot sit in them because it is hard to get out of them. I used to be able to use my 2 packages to get a 90 minute massage but I cannot do that anymore and if my husband has 8packages, I cannot use his without having to pay.
