I had a substitute therapist and she did a nice job but not the same as my normal. The music in the room and lobby has changed and it is not as relaxing

This would be my 5th massage and this was the first time I was not offered to any add on's nor asked if I wanted to add on anything. I probably would have, had I been asked

I’m currently working 5-6 12 hour shift weekly and I have not time to schedule a massage appointment monthly

Therapist was wonderful, no complaints. One of the receptionists was loudly disrespectfully talking about a phone customer after she hung up, including swearing.

The therapist was great, but I paid for an added service that was not provided. (Aromatherapy.) So communication from the appointment was not great. I'm very sensitive and the oil used bothered me.

The therapist wanted was not available. But the therapists we had were good. The room was a bit to warm for our liking.

My massage therapist was really nice but not too experienced. I really needed my neck worked on and it wasn't I don't know if he read the items I had just completed but I did tell him my neck was most important. He just needs more experience and perhaps more education on how to offer relaxing massage as opposed to a sport massage where your muscles are "wiggled" I didn't like that and I let him know but really nicely.

When booking the receptionist for this call was rude and condescending. All other times the receptionist were friendly and helpful with scheduling. Your online booking is difficult because it wants me to add my credit card, when I already have my membership on file. So I have to call. It’s hard to schedule because all the spots are full and so I’m accruing massages and not able to schedule a visit due to non availability.

I am a member and have a lot of points built up but it is very hard to get an appointment unless I schedule it 2-3 weeks in advance.
