I was satisfied and the service was great but there wasn’t a wow factor to get to the highly satisfied market. Not a negative just a fact.

I was Highly satisfied with the massage. I was satisfied with the price and it is comparable to other massage parlors.

My therapist was amazing, listened to my requests and was very accommodating with problem ares and pressure. My appointment was with another person who’s session was cut short and therapist was not very accommodating, in addressing problem areas and adjusting pressure.

The room was very warm so I found it hard to relax even though the therapist had a rotating fan inside the room. Also, the specific areas that I shared with the therapist received the least amount of time.

The air was not working properly. There was a service person on the roof walking back and forth during my massage. It was a huge distraction. It was hot in the massage room.

I have been getting a massage for the last six years and I look forward to getting a my weekly mass.

Everything was fine. It wasn't spectacular but it was fine. It wasn't the best massage that I've ever had there but he tried hard and was really nice and respectful. I think techniques vary between therapists and so does the individual connection. I have no complaints.

The massage room wasn't as inviting and mood setting as I thought it would be.

I'm satisfied but I think it might take 2 or 3 more facials to get the right effects. Ok highly satisfied with overall experience

The massage given by the aesthetician was not very good. She used the same pressure on my shoulders that she used on my face. Wasn't much of a massage.
