My regular therapist was not available and the new one was not as familiar with my aches and pains. the pressures and time on aches was not as well done

Bring back the steamers. This a very important part of the facial .I would not have scheduled a appointment if I knew about the steamers.

Loved that my appointment was done at my time and staff friendly , all questions answered.

The massage therapist was very nice and she went over the areas that I wanted her to focus on, but when doing the massage she must have forgot my request and did not focus on what I asked (I said no legs focus on neck, shoulders, & back... I got a full body massage including my legs). I had an aroma therapy added but she did not use much. Her pressure was inconsistent. She also ended the session early. This was not what I was use to from other therapist at this spa. I will request someone different in the future.

I was satisfied with my service. It was not extraordinary.

Mark was very nice but the part where he did my back was super awkward. He did everything by my side, not at my head. The rest was good

The website is not user friendly. I never get a receipt on how many visits remain in my account. The visits on my account and billing cycle for my membership never match up. I was told I can use my gift cards for products and then to be told I can’t. It can only be used for services.

Honestly I just hate masks! It is not relaxing or enjoyable to wear a mask when going to a spa. We would come much more often if it wasn’t for that. My husband booked our appointments and he was able to get me a massage therapist that was okay with no masks during the massage, but he had wear one the entire time. It’s silly. If my kids can sit in a classroom with thirty kids and two teachers with no masks, I think I can be in a room with one person without a mask.
