I like everything about Hand and Stone. Receptionist are new so not as friendly as others they have had.

Mark the Massage therapist had good technique and worked on the problem areas I suggested. The therapist spend too much time talking during the massage. Conversation was distracting and not relaxing.

There wasn't a clear explanation of a foot treatment, I wanted hot towels and mentioned it conversation while setting up the appointment. Plus I was expecting 1.5 hour massage with the Hot Stones versus an hour which made it feel rushed.

Not enough attention to neck and shoulders. Didnt massage forearms at all. These areas were shared with the therapist at the onset.

There’s always room for improvement. I think the therapist was quite good, friendly, and gave a good massage.

We all need to lose these masks. It is unnecessary, it is a facade and continuing to use them means it will never end. Everyone needs to inform themselves more about this topic - turn off the TV - and this is especially important because of how much it has negatively affected our daily lives. Influenza A and Influenza B have been renamed as Covid-19, testing is very inaccurate and it is regularly manipulated based on amplification. Let's stop the masks and live normally. Time to move on! Namaste!

She was trying to get my knots out and she may have gone overboard. I am very sore today. It felt like more than my usual pressure but I assumed that was because I was stressed. She didn't ask me about the pressure but I'd go much lighter next time. I wonder if it was worth it since I'm sore.

I booked my appointment well in advance - about a week. About 2 hours before my appointment, I was called and asked to move it back from 11:15 to 11:45 to fit someone else in because of limited times available for the therapist. It just felt off putting to let someone the same day of my appointment, get priority. I booked at that time for a reason. Anyway, I moved my appointment because I wanted the therapist to benefit from another client.

I could not believe the cost of a 90-minute Hot Stone Massage. I paid 139.00 My appointment started at 6:50 pm and I was told it was completed at 8:04 pm. Ummm this does not add up to 90 minutes
