Had a new to me therapist. Will take a few visits to know her routine and to voice areas I might wish to have more attention given.

I have traveled the world and have experienced many high end spas. Hand and Stone does a great job without a doubt, but when comparing to other more costly spas, its perfect for the price point, but not highly satisfied. I have no complaints and will return again.

I told my massage therapist what areas of concern I had. And I told her what not to massage. she then went ahead and massaged the areas I told her not to massage and didn't spend enough time on the areas I wanted her to.

Highly satisfied to means over the top. I am not unhappy at all but I don’t think over the top fits for most of you questions

Ive had very small issues that i am hanging around hoping will be resolved. Two of the visits i had, the employees were talking in normal conversational volume in the hallway or in the adjacent room. No regard for those getting a massage. No whispering or quiet talk, just everyday talking. the last time it was really cold. I was trembling during my massage. My therapist found me an extra blanket and turned up the heater as high as it would go. I addressed it with the front staff and she genuinely looked concerned. Not sure if it was addressed. She mentioned other people have complained before as well. I have only been to this location a handful of times, but it is always something small and i am moving next month so i will be deciding very soon if i should stay at this location or switch. My therapist is great. Angela listens and takes care of my aches and pains. Thank you

Usually I the massages I received leave me very relaxed. This time it didn't. Felt like she missed some spots that needed attention. I will still return for my next one.

The girls at the front desk never seem to understand the benefits of gaining points. I still have no clear understanding of that policy and I have asked several at the desk for an explanation. They never seem to know; and each one gives me a different answer. Also - I am very sad to see my therapist leaving my facility. Whether or not I can find another one as good will influence my willingness to retain my membership.

The past two times I booked an appointment, I requested upgrades. The first upgrade was for hot stone massage. When I showed up to my appointment, the receptionist informed me the upgrades were not put in the appointment. Instead of upgrading to the hot stone massage, I was given an alternative to add the himalayan stones, which I was fine with. I booked my next appointment at checkout and requested to have the same exact appointment booked (80m plus himalayan). I confirmed through email and text. When I showed up to my appointment, I was informed the upgrade was not added. The receptionist then added it to my appointment at check in, but the therapist did not provide me with the upgrade even though I had mentioned it in the beginning of the session. By the time half of my back was massaged without the stones, I realized I was not going to get the himalayan salt stone massage. I informed the receptionist as soon as the appointment was done.

she is just not my style. I like longer more fluid motions. She spent a ton of time on my back, but hardly any on my legs and came no where near my glutes.

I am highly satisfied. Chrissy is an amazing massage therapist and a few sessions with her have been life changing. I thought I was headed towards another back surgery until I was recommended to her. What a difference she has made so far and I look forward to future sessions with her.
