Nothing wrong with service

My therapist was amazing and I enjoyed the massage! My issue was, there was a woman down the hall who was very loud. Her voice carried so loudly that I couldn’t relax 100%.

Massage therapist did not apologize or explain the wait and I believe that my time was shortened a bit to get her back on schedule. The therapist was fine and I did get benefit from the massage but my usual therapist (who was not available) is stellar and I missed her techniques. This is not really Martha's fault, she did an adequate job and tried to address my problem area. If a I hadn't been desperate for a massage I would have waited for my regular (Angelica).

I think the prices could be a bit lower even for members. More options would be nice like reflexology. I could use for coupons or deals and I think that would encourage me to go more often.

Front desk confusion from appointment to cost.

The massage was more acupressure/stretching than massage, and I prefer massage. The therapist was friendly but talked a lot, which I also do not like to do during a massage. I spent way too much money on a massage that did not leave me feeling relaxed or relieved of pain like they usually do. The massage therapist was good, but was just not my type of therapist.

When I first entered into the lobby area, there were quite a few employees behind the counter along with others that were not "working". My therapist also had a cough during the session that bothered me...she stated it was a dry throat tickle....I'm not sure about that but did not challenge her. Just let her finish and hope for the best that she was not exposing me to Covid.

It takes alot for me to give 100% on everything.
