Hand and Stone

I was satisfied... every thing was just fine-... it went by too fast didn’t feel like an hour

Everyone was nice and clean. I did not enjoy wearing the mask the whole time felt like i couldnt breath with my head down. Took away from the experience of the massage. Two things from the therapist I know she was pregnant but you could tell she was in pain and she was moing slower and not getting as much done. I know its hard being pregnant but if you dont do a full 50 min then take some time. I also order the mint head add on. Felt good. But it took time from my real massage. I thought I would get what i paid for the massage. Then what i paid for for the add on. Ill will just not get it next time and get a full massage. And also the therapists was very nice and had food pressure .

Hearing the therapist wash their hands made me feel like I was in a doctors office about to partake in a medical procedure instead of being in a relaxing spa. I was passed I had to wear a mask the entire time. Impossible to relax. At least I worked the night before and slept through most of the massage. These covid protocols are BS.

It was lovely. But I have serious muscular issues with my back and the massage felt great during my appointment, but I was hurting afterwards and for the next two days.

Always great service by all

Always a bit more pricey that it seems it should be. Massage therapist Tim is wonderful. Reception is okay but they seem more interested in the person on the phone rather than the ones checking out.

Everything about the visit was terrific. I did see a guest have difficulty using the points they had accumulated. The system would not allow for them to use the points for the visit. This would have upset me as well. The point system should be looked at for things like this.

The COVID-19 precautions having to be followed take away from the massage in a big way and availability of appointment times is even more limited that pre-COVID. May or may not continue membership if this doesn't change quickly.

I'm just tough to please so I don't give out highly satisfied responses unless my expectations are exceeded. I am comparing Hand and Stone to Four Seasons, A'uberge and other high end spas so that is a tough comparison. Value at Hand and Stone is exceptional. Highly satisfied criteria would include things like fresh fruit, lime in the sparkling water, high thread count linens on the massage table, aromatherapy throughout the spa. Hand and Stone does not provide these nor do I want to pay for these ammeninites while at. your spa. Your value for the service is perfect.
