The whole Mask and Covid scare / fear atmosphere needs to be corrected. The media has hyped this up so much so that it has been completely blown out of proportion. Everyone should regularly wash their hands (anyways!), everyone should be proactive in staying healthy, eating quality foods in normal portions, get plenty of exercise and some Vitamin D from the sun. I have never been concerned with this virus and it sickens me that so many people have completely changed their habits to one full of fear and acting as if they are sick all the time. Remember a majority consensus is not "science" it is weaponized propaganda. Stay healthy and let's open up everything as normal.

I would appreciate a more organic environment and options for organic topical agents

MY MASSAGE THERAPIST WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE. TOO TALKATIVE THOUGH. PREFER SILENSE.

Was very satisfied with everything must have been an error within the application survey. I had know problems whatsoever.

Completely disappointed that add on services take away from massage time instead of being separate services. $15 for 2 drops of peppermint oil is highly overpriced and frankly a rip off. $15 for some foot scrub and 2 hot towels not worth the extra money whatsoever. I did not realize when I purchased the extras that it would all be done in one massage. It was not explained to me. My money would have been better served adding extra massage time where I could of had my scalp and feet massaged along with everything else!

The cost for the facial was too expensive since I have not been there in two years felt that I should have received intro cost.

I realized after getting to my car that I still had the mask residue in my eyebrows and hairline and no one said anything. I looked ridiculous and it's not very professional to not clean up the client properly. And I also have another issue where I purchased gift cards that had a promotional card given with it and I know for a fact it couldn't be expired yet and was told it was and I didn't get the card back from the receptionist. I bought it in your Christmas in July promotion 2019 and was told it expired in November but the other ones I got are good for a year and it wasn't 6 months from purchase that it expired.

It was ok. Michael was nice but I didn’t leave feeling like I just had an awesome massage.

Staff was interactive and knowledgeable of services. Environment was relaxing

I do not like when you request someone and then they quit and just put you with someone else without asking you. That is rude. The gal they put me with was nothing like Serena except she was just as nice. She did not use enough oil and was tugging on my skin and the pressure was too deep. I should have told her both things, so I cannot blame her.
