Hand and Stone

The only problem I have is that the rooms are too cold.

Haven’t noticed results yet but could be just my skin!

I requested aromatherapy and wasn’t impressed with the therapist putting oil on fingers and having me inhale deeply. I expected a diffuser and enjoying the scent throughout the massage. Even a scented eye ask would have been more noticeable.

Appt seem to start about 8-10 minutes after the scheduled Appt time. Today it was a 3:09pm greet when my appointment was for 3:00pm. This has happened a lot and I do not think it is the fault of the massage therapist. Today my therapist spent a few minutes after the scheduled end time in order to make up for starting late. I appreciated that effort.

I asked for a hot stone massage and did not receive one. I was also charged twice.

Wanted more time and more pressure on my upper and lower back and it was too short and pressure too light.

I am very satisfied with my hand and stone experience

I have more pain in my neck/upper shoulder area than when we started.

My massage therapist is great but you can’t get to see her. They allow people to book appointments 3 weeks or longer ahead of time. I think there should be a 2 week limit.
