excellent friendly person who took my call and booked my appointment. positive experience with therapist - friendly, warm, and accommodating. Wish the massage would have lasted longer!

I tried several times to book my appointment online. Because my enrollment does not start officially until next month it did not give the membship prices. It also did not include all the services available to add on online. The items liisted on your brochure do not match the items listed on the web site. Also some locations it states the massage services are one hour and other areas it says 50 minutes. Very deceiving

It's just a little pricey for my budget. But I had a great experience with Angelique and both receptionists were very nice. No complaints whatsoever.

High prices

It's not that I am not satisfied, it's just that when I first started my membership the staff seemed very friendly up until recently. I don't know if it has to do with my age or what, but some staff have made me feel uncomfortable.

Initially with the person who set my appointment. She did not confirm my appointment, she did not ask for my credit card, she did not ask if me and my sister preferred a male or a female for our services. I had to call back the next day and inquire about all of that. My esthetician was very nice and did a good job but I would’ve liked if she told me what she was doing and using during the treatment and she didn’t show me the products she used during my facial. I might have purchased something.

Very satisfied overall

The massage was fantastic, I also had a facial appt. I was not highly satisfied with my facial experience.

My appointment did start late but still appeared to end early/on time. I don't think I got the full time for the massage this time. In the past, I have not had this problem.

Skin felt gritty afterwards. Facial was only for 45 minutes total
