Hand and Stone

I was taken to the room at 2pm left to get undressed at 2:02, the massage began approx 2:08 and the massage ended promptly at 2:50. I’m under the impression that it’s a 50 minute massage so I am dissatisfied w/ the time management. My therapist was really good and I enjoyed everything else.

It was a good relaxing massage except at one point it was a little hard. But as soon as I mentioned it was a bit hard she softened it up. She was very helpful.

Woke up the next day feeling “bruised” in upper back & neck area and have 3 small bruises to my arms.

I would have purchased a hot stone upgrade during my service but was not offered any upgrades.

My message therapist felt not sure of herself. She Seemed a little uncomfortable.

Carlos did an excellent job relieving my pain in lower back and neck. Next day felt good and was able to work. Very knowledgeable and accommodating, and visit again soon. The location is very close and clean. Thanks

The male who set up my appointment scheduled it for 10:30. When I got there I was 3 minutes late then I had to fill the medical history ect. So my 1 hr 1/2 massage was cut 30 minutes due to starting 20 mins late. They should be telling their customers to arrive at least 15 minutes before so they don’t run behind
