The massage therapist did not do a full body massage. When I turned over to be on my back all he did was massage a little bit of my back again and head

I feel like I was in a fight yesterday and am so sore from the massage. I can’t see my back but I’m pretty sure there’s probably bruising. It was really sad to have requested a 80 minute massage with that type of outcome.

I had paid in advance for 3 people to get facials and massages. There was some confusion at time of check in. It got straightened out, but the front desk seemed a little confused. Also the massage person didn't have me "pick" which massage from a list. She just did a generic massage. Which was OK, but not what I was expecting. I thought someone would ask, "Do you want ___, or that other____". Maybe I should have spoken up? It could have been that I wasn't as forceful as I should have been. I was more straightforward with the aesthetician- so that was good. Also, little paper cups of water seem sort of cheesy. A glass of wine would have been nice, or at least a bottle of water.

To schedule a session online never seems to work. I tried one afternoon to make a appt. gave two options. Was not contacted till the next morning and was told neither was available please call back and they will see what they can do. I tried to call back and you get a machine. I just drove down to make a appt. it was only a 1/2 hour later then I requested. It should not be this difficult.

Staff is very friendly.Esthetician was very knowledgeable.Very relaxing experience .

I had asked to have the peppermint scalp massage during my massage, but that was never communicated to the lady. So I ended up getting it during my facial. Not a great head massage, but fine. Needed to be more strong in the scalp--less hair.. if that makes sense. Anyway overall satisfied.

The value is not in my pricepoint. The quality is high and the experience is good, I just can't spend the $60/session plus tip. I can get 2 good massages for the same price

all things can improve...music in room too loud unable to hear when be spoken to...bathroom needed more tidiness .

My appointment was at 6:00 but noticed there was a clock on the counter in massage room. Entered the room at 6:04, was greeted by employee who told me to remove any clothes to my comfort level, and explained how to lay face down, and she then left the room. She came back in at 6:10 and began massage and completed the massage at 6:53 (again a clock right on counter. The one hour massage was actual 43 minutes long. Did say anything to receptionist because my past experience have always been outstanding, plus there were several people waiting in line and one person at the desk. If I'm paying for an hour, then I should receive a full hour - only complaint. Thank you!

I was not dissatisfied with any area but highly satisfied on some of the questions are not up to my standards
