Therapist was sniffing through the entire massage. A bit disconcerting during cold and flu season.

The therapist that my fiancé and I had were just ok. Mine did not really massage in the areas I mentioned. His therapist mainly massaged his head and ears. We love this location and our regular therapists, this time the massages were not great

It was a good service overall

Masseuse was late for my appointment. Massage was ended 5 minutes earlier then it was suppose to which would be 10 minutes early since 5 minutes is accounted for getting dressed.

I am NEVER able to book apps on line. It has never worked for me!

My therapist thought my appt was for 80 min and I had to advise it was for 110

My husband and I both had 5:00 appts. Angelique was on time for my husband and Megan was 15 minutes late to take me. By the time I was finished my husband had waited close to 30 minutes. He does not wait well and that took the edge off a good massage. We informed the receptionist that that did not work for us to not be on time. Megan wanted to give me my full time as she should, but waiting is not a good thing. We used to do couples massage, but $20 extra makes no sense as my massage was in the couples room. I hope you will do better in the future. I have not had that experience before. Thank you.

Felt the rooms could be more "spa" like instead of looking clinical, to set the relaxation mood more. Other places add aromatherapy to their membership price that is the same price; it is an add on price here.

still looking for the right fit in terms of who can provide me the services and end result that i'm looking for. ive already had two sessions - one massage which was nice and a good starting ground - all of it was fine. second session she was late on appt but very apologetic about it happening. i felt she rushed through waxing and noticed that it was a bit sloppy when i returned home. receptionists - i've experienced some extremely warm and friendly interactions who go out of their way and are really nice to those that just handle the cash transaction and send me on my way. also some other things, a bit more explanation of the membership when i joined. also, my membership does not show up on my online member profile so i can't see my latest results.

The pressure was very light. I requested medium pressure before the massage started and perhaps the therapist wanted to not over do it. She asked if pressure was ok and I asked for deeper pressure, but it was still too light.
