On time. Careful of problem areas. Very good massaging my left leg that has nerve damage. Friendly .He also spent a lot of time freeing my spine of tension. I left feeling so much better.

The sound system (speakers) seemed to be out of whack during certain parts of the music they were playing. It sounded almost like it couldn’t handle certain bass? It was the same situation in the waiting room and massage room so I don’t know what was the problem or if it was just a bad recording?

Everyone was very polite and friendly. My massage therapist did a great job of working on the areas and provided me with recommendations on how we can continue to remove the pain I experience. I was comfortable throughout the experience, despite my anxiety and body pains.

The receptionist was fantastic. He was super polite, referred to us by name, professional and very friendly. My therapist, Carmelita, was awesome. Pressure was great and she worked on specific areas I where I was having issues. She even took time to show me some at home stretches. I will be asking for her again.

Establishment uses products I’m extremely familiar with. Staff is always friendly. 25% chance on finding someone you like and them staying very long.
