Overall I had a good experience at the spa. We did not go over my areas of concern prior to starting the service. And the non member rates are a little much.

The receptionist attire. Dress was too short and as they were cleaning the reception area she gave everyone a view of her behind clearly wearing a thong and men clearly enjoying the view. Highly unprofessional.

Enzyme product was too strong for my skin type. Mentioned sensitivity at beginning of service, but experienced dry, irritated and peeling eyelids on day after service. More descriptions as to what will be taking place and what products are being used at each step would have made service more educational and appreciated. (Maybe an inquiry at the start whether patron would like more info as process is performed?) Small delay in start - removing top and laying down doesn't take very long.

I was very satisfied with my visit. My husband and I have been here before and loved it. We will be back!

I told the therapist I was having pain down my leg, especially behind the knee. She did massage the leg but I think she should have asked if she was hitting the right areas. It's just a small thing, she did work on my back a lot and it was great.

My appointment was for 9:00am. I didn’t get called back until 9:08am. Other than it started late, the kind lady who administered my facial was an absolute delight. Greeted me with a smile and always made sure I was comfortable. I feel horrible not remembering her name. I’m terrible with names. But she was such a genuine kind hearted soul. Hope I get her again. Highly recommend her.

The massage therapist I always saw left and she was highly skilled. I have tried two and while they are good they didn’t relieve all my knots.

I was expecting a deep therapeutic massage and it felt more like a Swedish massage. I was expecting her to investigate the areas of my muscles of the lower leg and knees. Past massage therapist would find the knots and work them out. This massage was a blah massage. Nothing to rave about.

This was a rescheduled appointment because the original appointment was lost. I made the appointment for 6:00PM. The confirmation email said 6:15. I arrived at 6:03. My friend and I schedule appointments at the same time and then go to eat when we are done. When I asked where my friend was, I was told that she had already gone in for her appointment even though the appointment time was 6:15. I had to wait until 6:15 which meant my friend had to wait for 15 minutes after her appointment since we had dinner plans. This is not the first time an appointment has been lost. The original appointment was made in person a month in advance.

I have been going to hand and stone for 3 years and i thoroughly enjoy the staff and the massages have always met my expectations. I love how close it is to my home as well...great location.
