Hand and Stone

Told therapist to avoid an area that she didn’t & had to tell her to soften pressure twice .

I visit hand and stone to see Precilia only, she seems to very knowledgeable in sports/deep tissue massage. I only visit when there is a discounted price for the massage because I do not see the value in becoming a member.

As a previous New York customer, we (wife and myself) are used to a tranquility room and a warming neck wrap while waiting. Then our beds are never warmed up before massage, and my wife’s bed heat did not work and therapist wasn’t notified about proble even though front and management knew. She also wasn’t given option for different bed even though we were in couples room.

Leannas therapist told her she shouldn't be having massages,since she was a cancer survivor. She's been getting massages at this location for 4 years with never problem till last night this needs to be addressed and I'm sure she will be calling you to find out why this was said to her

Everything was satisfactory, for the amount of money i spend with Hand and Stone it would be nice to see a little more "upscale" service in all areas, by this i mean not feel like just another person to service.

I told the therapist i wanted a relaxing massage it was nice for the most part but she has very rough with her hand movement and left me extremely sore later that day and some light bruising. I would jump when she was hurting me and she would say oh too hard but then go back do doing it. For 80 minutes it wasnt all terrible but when i went to bed i felt like i got hit by a bus so was a little discouraging how a spent the extra just to walk away sore and hurting the next day

I wish it was a little more affordable so that I could come more often. I didn't feel the BOGO was a very good deal. Other than that, I always enjoy coming to this salon but I just can't afford it that often. Thank you

I have never not had my hands, toes, or scalp massaged. She didn't. Everything else was fine.
