Interviews were being conducted in the waiting area so it felt loud and a little stressful. I was told I was booked for an hour and a half but the actual massage was 80 minutes; it started late so I actually only received about 70 minutes when I thought I’d receive 90.

When I called to schedule the appointment, I asked for an 80 minute session and was told the windows that were available for 80 minute sessions. I chose one of those sessions and was reassured that I had an 80 minute session. When the therapist was finished and left the room, I looked at the clock and realized that it had only been 50 minutes so when I came out I told him that I had scheduled for an 80 minute session. He apologized and I said it was okay because he is a great therapist. I mentioned it when I arrived at the desk and was informed that I had only been scheduled for 50 minutes. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I usually schedule 80 minutes because I usually have specific areas that need work and I like to get a general massage as well. I was disappointed and when I checked on my husbands appointment, which was supposed to be 80 minutes, it too was scheduled for 50 minutes so I changed it while at the desk.

I asked for light pressure after the first pass but felt the pressure didn't change much

Everything was fine however I do not feel that the appointment was a full 50min. I didn’t look at the clock but I think that it only lasted maybe 40 min.

The appointment did not start on time, so I sat for a while in the waiting area. The technique of the massage therapist was different, and I'm not sure I liked it.

My therapist was nice, but the massage was just not very fluid. He also hardly worked on my feet, which I love.

I am very frustrated for the additional $10 charge for bringing a friend with me and using my membership to pay for her massage as a gift. This new policy is expensive and seems to punish your members for using their own membership and consequently their own money to bring in friends, who are potentially new members for your business. And the idea that I could "use" my own points to cover this additional charge is awful. I am saving my points for extras for myself.... those extras that I can not usually afford (which is what I thought was the purpose of earning points). Further, I am thinking of cancelling my membership because of this new charge. Maybe $10 does not seem like a lot of money, but when I am already paying $50 per massage plus tip.....an additional $10 add ups quickly. I use my massages due to several health issues and like to bring a friend with me occasionally. I don't think I should be penalized for bringing your company more business.

The only reason that I was not highly satisfied is because I tried to book online, and couldn't because the system was not working properly. So I had to call to schedule and was told that the online price would be offered. Apparently no notes were made about this, so when I went to pay I was going to be charged a higher price. I had to explain the situation again to get approval from a manager again. That was frustrating. However, my mesage therapist, Kat, did an excellent job!
