I was very satisfied with the receptionist the esthetician cleanliness everything was perfect. I would love to come back but I am very disappointed with the fact that you only offer specials to your new customers. I have been a customer for a while and feel that I should be offered the specials also that's why I wouldn't come back as often as I like. I receive 39.95 specials in the mail only to be told it doesn't apply to me and it would be $89.95. Unfair. You should value your loyal customers

Pressure was high and hurt. But when I told the therapist she fixed it.

I really like and Enjoy going to hand stone to have a facial, my only concern is the price, I think is expensive, by the way , my Esthetician Oksana is just the best to me. I'm just waiting for promotion to get my next fácil !!

The therapist was not very welcoming upon initial geeeting. When she questioned me about specific areas that needed attention, she wasn't very empathetic like a therapist would be, but was more critical of why I was sore and not stretching more. Lastly, upon initial placing of my arms over the blanket, she was not gentle, but instead used more abrupt placement, almost as if she was mad that she had to be there. The appointment started badly in my mind, but I tried to engage her with polite conversation and make her feel happier about being there with me. She did a good job at the massage itself.

Therapist didn't work areas of concern as much as she did areas I wasn't concerned about

It was wonderful. Although my face didn't seem very different, it was very relaxing. I already have told numerous people about it and 2 are already booking appointments.

Maybe more discounts for long-term customers.

the massage itself was good but the overall ambiance and management of the facility could be better. Morale seems a bit poor among employees to a certain extent.

I used to be able to get appointments next day and that does not seem possible anymore. Also I feel with the massages even though they are 50 min they are cut down the last few times to 45. Not the same experience I used to get
