Hand and Stone

I expected to be told what was being done during my facial and what types of products were being used. I was not advised on what I need to do going forward nor was I asked what type of facial I wanted or what results I was looking for.

I booked a 2 hour massage but there was a mix up and only got an hour massage.

The couples massage wasn't what I was expecting. It was just two beds in the same room and nothing correlated with my partner. The room was too cold for me so it was hard to relax and truly enjoy the massage because I was cold. The therapist was nice and did a good job though. Just wish the oil was warm or the bed. If I return I wouldn't get the couples massage, and I would try the hot stone massage instead so I know I would be warm.

I was ok. I did ask to see if they could get a couple of hairs on my chin. I think 1 was hiding as I found this morning. Not the end of the world. So I wasn't unhappy just bugged me cuz it is hard for me to see it I only can feel it.

I had some pain the next day after the massage. I'm not sure if my massage was deeper than what it felt like at the time or if it just took awhile to settle in. I did consume a good amount of water afterwards and this usually prevents this issue for me. As the massage was recommended by my pain management Dr.(PA) I will be discussing this issue with her on my next visit.

The massage was just ok, not one of the best one that I had. The room was also a bit too cold. It might have been good to use a lightly scented oil to complete the relaxation experience.

The product used during the massage was cold.

Highly satisfied with facial. Also had massage and was not as satisfied with that. Out of 50 min massage probably only massaged legs & arms for about 10 minutes, rest of time on head, neck, back.

The only reason I do not return frequently is the membership cost. I do not want to become a member, rather, I'd like to come in once a month and pay $50 for my one hour massage.

My first appointment via online booking was completed a few hrs before mybappoinyment time...i was not sent a confirmation text. I was unable to meet that appt time had to reschedule.
