Appt did not start on time

The communication of what my expectations were or results, of my specified areas to massage extra was very good.

I believe they charged me wrong - I think I had more on my account then the receptionist looked - next month I will have to ask for a statement to verify

Price is to expensive for the services since you did your price increase. You "grand-fathered" in the pricing for the one hour massage, but I always got 80 minutes and you didn't honor that price, I still have to pay extra for the extra 20 minutes. Very disappointing.

You asked for my opinion. I was satisfied with the overall service.

I was very satisfied, the massage therapist was great. Music has improved since my visit last year. No problem, I will be back...

I believe there is always room for improvement with everything. Nothing is perfect!

I was very happy with my experience. Since I am doing a series of weekly treatments, I was not expecting to see improvement in the 30 min I spent there.

Your behind the desk staff are wonderful, but you waiting area is plain...need to create more of a spa-like atmosphere, such as a water feature.

I had a two hour massage it started at 11:07 and she ended at 12:50. I was just wondering why she would end 10 minutes early?
