I did not give a "highly satisfied" rating only because I haven't visited this facility very often. If I had I may have felt more comfortable thus increasing my rating of Hand and Stone. Otherwise, I enjoy my visits and may try other services offered.

The aesthetician focused On my forehead for many minutes which I had no issues in that area and had the steam on my face for at least 15 minutes which was hard to breathe .

There still seems to be some confusion as to my member status. It, I'm told, is in the process of being resolved. In the meantime, my husband went to H & S to purchase a gift card for me for Christmas and was unknowingly sold a 3-month membership. He simply wanted a gift card for 3 one-hour massages. The receptionist was at a loss as to how to handle the situation. It was a bit frustrating and confusing to me as well. Hopefully, this membership status will be resolved VERY SOON. Incidentally, I love my gal Rose at Hand and Stone. She is extremely personable and knowledgable. Have a Happy New Year.

When I booked my appt I ask for a female but when it was my turn a make called me back at this point I had no choice but to have my massage by a male. He was excellent but that's not the point. I feel when you ask for a certain person male or female the request should be taken serious.

This is unusual for me to say, but the therapist didn't get off on a good foot with me. When we met, she asked, "What can I do for you today?" And I answered about some of the tense areas that I'd like worked on. She then repeated the question like I'm an idiot who didn't answer her correctly. I just didn't appreciate the tone, but was hurting badly enough that I went through with the appointment. It may not be what she intended, but I'm not stupid and don't appreciate being spoken to like I'm a moron.
