All staff members I encountered were friendly, courteous and efficient. I waited only about 5 minutes before being taken back. Brittany was excellent, I was very satisfied with the massage. She asked what I wanted, and then did exactly that. For me, a massage is an occasional treat rather than something I would do on a regular basis. But if I come there again I will request her.
