Massage person was wonderful. She listen to what I wanted and asked thru out the massage if everything was ok. I would use her again. The only problem I had was not being able to schedule my appt on the phone apt. It was was saying under maintenance for 3 days so I went to the shop so I lost out on getting the extra point when you schedule appt online.

Massage therapist was on time and did an excellent job He checked to ensure that he applied the right pressure for my needs

My massage therapist, Steven, has the knowledge, skills, and ability to resolve all areas of concern. Steven is the best massage therapist I have had over the past 15 years of receiving this type of treatment. Hand and Stone's location is perfect.

The only thing that I did not like about my visit was the push of signing up for the monthly membership by the receptionist. I know that is her job, but I said not thanks. That should be the end of it. Instead, she said why don't you want to sign up. I said, because of financial reasons. She continued to pry. That is just not a comfortable situation for anyone.

I love the Therapist I have. I always ask for him and book the hours he is there. He knows just what areas to focus on and get me great relief from pain and better range of motion on my left shoulder.

Facial was extremely relaxing. My skin was given the best treatment for it. I am happy with the service.

Julie gives a great massage, is pleasant to talk with, but knows when to be quiet and let me relax. I appreciate that she is comfortable massaging my old body and not shy addressing my areas of need. I would like to have a better idea of what share of the cost goes to the therapist. It would help me tip more appropriately.

There was one issue that wasn’t done. I would usually get an phone call a day before my appointment and this appointment I did not receive a reminder phone call. And for some reason my iPhone alerted me to my appointment at the time of the appointment. I rushed over and was concern that I would be too late but instead I was checked in immediately and my therapist opened up the door, ready to call me back. I was so relieved to find out that I had an appointment for a massage. And my massage therapist was there.
