I like H and S, good therapists and very efficient

I was impressed with Lindsey's talent and professionalism. We had a very nice conversation during the facial. She explained the various products and procedures offered. I did purchase some product.

First time using a male therapist (Steve) He was very gracious and sensitive and my experience exceeded expectations. I was not uncomfortable at all.

Great massage and loved the therapist. Just hope she stays

Angelica is an amazing massage therapist. I’ve only been seeing her for my last 3 massages, but she’s definitely the only one I’m interested in seeing. Each massage has worked out the excessive stress I carry in my back, and I’m eager to have my next appointment in a couple of weeks.

I was very satisfied with everything related to my facial. The only complaint I have is, I received a gift card for a facial & massage & it was impossible to get both services at the same time. I’m still waiting to schedule my massage. There’s nothing available the only time I have on the weekend.

Its very hard to get an appointment with a preferred masseuse. I have to change my schedule in order to get an appt. even close to the times that are good for me Very frustrating and disappointing once you have developed a rappore with your masseuse Also I always confirm in advance online .I still get calls and texts to confirm after I have already confirmed. I always pre fill and submit my forms/consents prior to my appt I am always asked to do the same when I arrive. Why should I take care of it ahead of time and waste my time when they ask to do the same when I arrive? The staff is not checking the info already submitted

Therapist was wonderful. Very well trained and understood what I needed done for my pain.

Eduardo is an awesome massage therapist. He really listened to my concerns and adjusted my session accordingly!

I have gone in for a massage with plenty of knots and each time the knots are gone when the massage is done. I am very pleased with each massage I have received. I will continue my membership.
