I have been going to the Goodyear location for some time. The staff is friendly and I am always relaxed and happy when I leave.

Always on time, pleasant staff, and pleasant atmosphere.

The atmosphere is very relaxing and calming. You are treated like you are special. It is nice to do something good for yourself.

This was my first visit to Hand & Stone. I loved the massage therapist that I had (Martha Quinonez).....she asked me if I wanted her to concentrate on a specific area, and/or Not a specific area. She kept asking me about pressure & did Exactly as I asked. She also asked if I didn't want her to use specific products, which was Great as I have allergies to certain products containing lavender & eucalyptus. She really made me feel at ease & let me know that my comfort was very important! I will definitely book with her again! And I also recommended her to another client.

Normally I have issues with massages, pressure is typically too much but when I expressed that she was very receptive 10/10 would recommend

It is easy and quick to make an appointment with the massage therapist of my choice at a time that is convenient for me on the website. The massage therapist listens to my needs and addresses the areas of concern. She remembers me from one visit to the next which helps to build trust and helps me feel that she understands my unique needs. The check in/out process is quick and there is no attempt to upsell or push products.

Larissa is an excellent massage therapist and very pleasant as well.
