The entire experience was wonderful. I felt pampered and safe through the appointment. It made me realize that I need to take better care of myself in the future. I was also inspired to start buying gift certificates for family members because it was so enjoyable.

Because I am on Social Security a facial is a treat. I would be able to afford it more often if the price stayed at the special price I paid this appointment. I felt at ease and relaxed after my special treatment.

The atmosphere was very relaxing. The pressure she used was perfect. I felt rejuvenated after the massage.

The biggest reason is my therapist, Chrissy. She is always warm, personable, and highly effective in her ability to relieve the stress and tension that builds up in between visits. Additionally, the location, overall ambiance, and other staff members are always respectful, efficient, and helpful.

Given a gift card specifically for a facial or massage, which was not going to cover the cost entirely, made me somewhat irritated (family dynamics) and due to my having a newly diagnosed disability, I was apprehensive. My morning did not go well and I was late. When I stumbled in :) I was welcomed warmly. My Esthetician, Angelica allayed my fears and was patient and accommodating. The Facial was great and she explained what she was doing and checked that I was always comfortable. A very pleasant experience. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Wish we were told that the gift cards we purchased can only be used at purchase and not to find out at a future appt.

Price increase

I have been a customer at Hand and Stone for several years now and I am still impressed with their customer service. I tried a different massage therapist at my most recent visit and was thrilled. If you are looking to relieve pain and have a wonderful, professional massage ask for either Tim or Lorissa and you won't be disappointed.

Mark is an great Therapist! He tends to all my needs. I have been a member for 3yrs and never had one issue!
