I understand services times and employees are limited! There is no accommodations for scheduling hours that fits my needs. I Received an email of a $10 price increase with no options to opt out. You have a policy! Membership after cancelation must be used within 90 days. Given the current situation policy need to be ammended. Clients should have the opportunity to utilize their membership at their description without a time restraints.

Receptionist was polite and even knew my name went I came into the reception room. The waiting room is pleasant with the waterfall on the wall. The woman that waxed my face is very pleasant and she did a good job. She has given me a facial a couple of times and I been happy with the result.

Christy gave me the best Deep tissue massage I ever had and with no pain the next day. She was awesome!!
