My therapist Rebecca is very knowledgeable and Gives a great massage. I feel very relaxed during the massage and after.

The scheduling did a great job meeting my appointment needs. When the scheduled therapist became unavailable H&S found a substitute who Was familiar with me and she extended her day to meet the schedule. Greatly appreciate the effort by all involved.

Great experience. Definitely better than the last time I was there about a year ago. Glad I came back! The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and suggested I add the hot stone to my massage to help with the effectiveness of the massage. Pressure was great as well.

Mark consistently provides excellent service. He is friendly and professional. His technique and touch are very effective at providing an excellent massage experience. I always leave with relaxed muscles and feeling fantastic.
