Check in is smooth. Massage worked out my issues. Check out was fast.

The scheduling did a great job meeting my appointment needs. When the scheduled therapist became unavailable H&S found a substitute who Was familiar with me and she extended her day to meet the schedule. Greatly appreciate the effort by all involved.

Great experience. Definitely better than the last time I was there about a year ago. Glad I came back! The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and suggested I add the hot stone to my massage to help with the effectiveness of the massage. Pressure was great as well.
