Everyone is great from the receptionist to the therapists especially Christy and Shannon are great and very well experienced.

I have really enjoyed Hand & Stone in the past, so I was very excited to get a massage as a gift. I tried to schedule online, and didn't receive a call for several days. I called two days later to make an appointment. I told the receptionist it would be a prenatal massage and I was 35 weeks pregnant. She gave me days & times, that I could choose from. I picked on then she said, that person doesn't do prenatal we will have to do another day/time. I had to call back to try and figure out a better schedule. Once I scheduled my massage, I then got a call from trying to make an appointment online. I told the woman I did and to double check it was booked correctly, she said Yes. Then she said we need to change your time to 15 minutes earlier to give our massage therapist time to clean after you. Leading up to the massage was quite a mess, but the actual massage was amazing. I've never had a prenatal massage and my therapist was great. I liked that she didn't try to have a conversation, she worked on the areas I asked her to focus on, she had great pressure, and was amazing. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a massage!

Made me feel very comfortable

The therapist ask me what areas needed and what type of pressure that I liked before we started. Made me feel comfortable. I did not need to have the pressure at all. Massage was wonderful.

Receptionist made an error in charge and called me immediately to alert me along with correcting it immediately. Also appreciate receiving text reminders before appointments.

The therapist listened to my needs. She suggested some ad ones. She was very thorough and I felt great after.

Everyone is very friendly. They all know there profession very well. Been going to Rebecca for 2 plus yeats. Love her. Great massage Thrapist.
