Rebecca does a wonderful job

After almost 3 months of no massages due to the COVID-19 crisis I was so eager to let my massage therapist, Rebecca, work on my back as only she is able to. As a health care professional I was pleased to see the enhanced cleaning and sanitation efforts put forth by everyone at Hand & Stone to keep both clients and therapists/staff safe. I was eager to get in an appointment after 3 months of no services. I was told my therapist was a male, and have not previously ever had massage by one. I was nervous and reluctant. Tim came and greeted me, took me back to explain processes in place with COVID and took the time to get to know my problem areas. He asked my pressure level preference, several questions about sleeping habits and made suggestions to help me sleep better to alleviate the neck pain I was experiencing. During the massage he was communicative about problem areas he found and took the time to explain how they arise. He was so very technical and extremely knowledgeable about how he manipulated my painful knot areas. Afterward the massage was finished, he took the time to teach me two stretches for my neck pain and suggested I make an effort to sleep on my back. I completely forgot about any anxiety I had about having a male therapist and had the most amazing massage I have ever experienced. The spa is always clean and peaceful, but the added measures they have taken really make you feel secure in escaping the safety of home to come relax.

The staff is very kind and helpful. Larissa is amazing. Overall, service is great.
