As a monthly member I look forward to receiving my massage each month. It is important to my overall health to make sure I'm taking the time to relieve stress and have any tension worked out of my muscles. My therapist, Mark, does a great job listening to what I need and takes care of me.

Angelica evaluates my skins needs and inquired about any issues I’ve experienced. My skin is greatly improved in appearance and feel. This has improved how I feel about myself.

This is a very inappropriate open-ended question to ask in a survey. To demand three or more sentences from an objective opinion is in bad form.

Larissa listened to what I communicated and provided a wonderful massage experience. I will look forward to my next massage with her.

Alyssa did a wonderful job with my facial. I told her I wanted one of the exfoliation services and she said she would analyze my skin and recommend. She proceeded with and anti-aging treatment. My issue is I asked when I purchased gift cards and when I scheduled my appointment if I could use gift cards to cover the cost of extra service. I was told I could by two different employees. When I asked to combine the gift card with my monthly service I was told the gift card had no cash value and was only for a service. The woman who checked me out finally did something and took the gift card (for a $59.95 service) and used it to cover a $59.95 service. I will not buy gift cards in the future.

I love this store! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They listen to my wants and needs and always make me feel comfortable during my session. They never rush or make me feel like an inconvenience.
