Hand and Stone

I picked Hand and Stone over other facilities because everything they do is first class. The staff at the desk were very friendly and accommodating at all times. Martha was my therapist and she does a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable before and during my massage. She listened to my concerns and made sure that I was satisfied afterwards. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The massage rooms are equipped with great heated tables and are very comfortable.

I've always been satisfied with Hand and Stone. One policy change I just noticed, however, was that points can only be used for upgrades. Previously we were able to use them for partial payment for a massage. I am not happy with that change.
