Great Massage, Friendly Reception

The initial interaction when making thevphone call with the receptionist, was very friendly and professional. The staff was very friendly upon arriving for my appointment. The store's ambience was relaxing. Gwen was my masseuse, she was very friendly, professional and alleviated the soreness in my muscles. Was very relaxed after the massage.

Felt the time to schedule the appointment was very adequate information was adequate the days of the week and time were most convenient for me. It just fit right into what I was hoping for.

Once you get an appointment all is good. However. Your website is awful and it is very difficult to get an appointment. Always booked. No one ever offers to discuss rewards that can be used.

Reception knows me by name. Meagan is a wonderful professional. She remembers me and my particular wishes for massage. Danielle is also a thorough professional, looking out for my progress and adjusting the facial components each month. Also I appreciate the email and phone reminders as appointment times are different each time.
