Everyone from reception to therapist is always very welcoming and friendly. I love every service from facial to massage. I used to schedule on line when you used to have the H&S app many yrs ago but it was no longer available for the longest time and I guess I fell out of practice of using the new app. I have tried a few times to schedule online but you can’t schedule every service so it limited the app only night the most popular services.

Making the appointment, the time available, the receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The esthetician was fantastic. Magical hands. Knowledgable. Great personality. Made you feel special.

My facial was so relaxing. I loved her massage technique and her style. I left there glowing!

This facial was very relaxing, but it definitely helped clear up the buildup of clogged pores on my face. There was minimal discomfort when she took care of the blackheads, and most of them were completely painless, which is fantastic. She addressed the issues I had and also gave me suggestions for keeping my skin clean.
