Convenient location, cleanliness, reception is friendly, therapist is friendly and very good. Massage therapist makes me feel comfortable and welcome. Always feel better after a massage. Only thing I don't like is filling the forms every visit, even if I come twice in one month. When I confirm my appointment it should allow to also confirm that all info remains the same or second prompt to update information. That is a corporate problem to fix.

Danielle is always incredible. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and does a wonderful job. She is easy to talk to and always explains everything that comes with the service.

The people working the desk are very welcoming and friendly. Any questions I have are answered thoroughly. The therapists always ask if I am in need of specific problem areas which are always taken care of.

My masseuse, Francesca, is really nice and does an amazing job of modifying the pressure and hitting or finding the spots where I need work the most. She also does a nice job of explaining about the muscles she’s working on, when I have questions. I always look forward to my monthly deep tissue massage.
