Staff is always pleasant never a problem.

The therapist asked about my needs at the start of the massage. The therapist continued to check with me regarding needs and pressure throughout the massage. The therapist explained location of muscles pertinent to areas of the body that had problems.

The process to book is always easy My therapist is very familiar with me and always focuses on what I need This hand and stone is by far the best in the area ... all around

As always the ladies at the front desk were amazing! They always know how to put my mind at ease and add to my relaxation every time I walk in the door! And Jessica always works magic when I see her! Do yourself a favor and book that Hot Stone next time! You won't regret it!

let me just say how lucky hand and stone is to have Raven at the front desk... she is great! So friendly and knowledgeable. But Susan doll is a great esthetician! She always listens to my concerns and recommends what is going to work best for my skin.

Hand & Stone has a lovely spa. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. Jessica is a great therapist and has a wonderful personality. I always enjoy my visits.

For the past couple years I have had Ella and sadly she is no longer there, even though I hope that she returns. Her friend had continued Ella's style of massage and is doing quite well. But I must admit that I do miss Ella!

Chona is able to relax me each visit.

The therapist was extremely knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and focused on the areas that I requested. She offered helpful suggestions and even showed me a stretch to help with muscle tightness.

Jessica did a fantastic job and made sure to focus on my trouble areas. Also, the front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful.
