The massage therapist was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The appropriate amount of time was focused on my areas of concern. The overall experience was great especially as a first visit to hand and stone.

The location appears to be clean, not crowded (managed appointments well), and follows good cleaning protocols. I would like to see that the COVID waiver is signed once since I'm a member, rather than making me complete it every single visit - it is a minor inconvenience. I also appreciate the care that my therapist takes in keeping a sanitary treatment room and keeping his mask on.

Jessica is the best! She makes me feel comfortable. She gives the best deep tissue massage. Give her a raise! I was disappointed to learn that the monthly membership went up from 59.95 to 69.95 during lock down. Not a time to increase prices. I can’t afford to keep my membership now.

The facility is top knotch‼️ Jacqui is always the best ... that why I keep requesting her. Love this spa.
