Esthetician Saya at Glen Mills, PA location is wonderful. I always have a great experience and outcome after seeing Saya. My only complaint if I had one would be that its difficult to book an appointment with her due to her availability and my schedule. I have the same issue with my preferred massage therapist, Chelsea N. (she's wonderful as well, just extremely difficult to book due to availability/scheduling conflicts).

I just love the new space!! I also love the new music it made me more relaxed. I could not get my regular therapist but Leslie made me feel like I knew her and put me very much at ease.

I love your new location and the ambiance of the lobby. It is relaxing. However, it would be nice to have that "spa" fragrance when you walk in the door. Additionally, the body lotion that is available for use in the lobby is not for sale!!! Who thought that was a good idea? It is my favorite product from Dermalogica. It smells like a spa!

Chona Cosella the therapist understand my concerns and she is great. The place is great.

Booked with a massage therapist used before. Very satisfied with Jacqui’s knowledge, technique and assurance that all is going well and pressure is good etc. also had s facial with a therapist I didn’t know who was also great! All of my experiences at Glen Mills location have been great.

The reception area was welcoming. The woman giving me the facial was very knowledgeable. She was friendly and polite.

Jessica is an excellent massage therapist and effectively brings resolution to problem areas. She is friendly and also listens carefully regarding the client's needs.

Chelsea is an amazing therapist. I really look forward to my monthly massages. Hand and Stone helps me to unwind and relax. It’s a place I look forward to going to.
