Mercedes was great and helped relieve the pain that I had built up in my back. She was very friends and professional! Also very satisfied with Christina! She is great and super friendly ! She knew how to treat my skin and made my experience enjoyable! I will book again with both of them!

I came in unable to turn my neck and in a lot of pain. John helped to identify the problem and did a wonderful job helping to resolve it.

From arrival to departure, I was treated with respect and dignity and went away having areas relieved of stress and pain.

Gina is a very effective listener & checks in frequently during session. During the appointment thought I needed mostly neck & shoulders however as we chatted & I shared some problems with my hands, she adjusted her delivery of service to include both arms & hands.

Phylicia and all of the staff at Hand and Stone are so personable! Yesterday my husband and I came for our monthly spa day and the staff made us feel so welcomed. Check-in was a breeze and enjoy the recognition of being called by name when I arrive. Fantastic reception experience. Paul listened to my concerns of where I was having issues, treated the areas, and provided feedback at the end. Total experience from reception to massage was top shelf!

As always, the area was clean and comfortable, all of my many questions were answered completely and professionally and I left feeling relaxed and thrilled with effect.

Leah, my massage therapist, never makes me feel as if I’m being rushed. She pays close attention to any concerns I have and addresses them during the massage. She, and the rest of the staff in Glen Mills, are awesome.
