The therapist was thorough in understanding my needs for this visit. The waiting room was bright and comfortable; the desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Your app is outdated and never works consistently. It's annoying at this point that I need to get on your website. I also find massage envy to have a wider array of services that I find interesting. I'd like to see that at hand and stone too.

Therapist Jacquai was excellent . Here friendliness and knowledge was outstanding Her ability to make me feel much better on my leaving then when I cam was great

I was totally experienced with the whole process start to finish. Everyone was friendly and caring. I fell really good when I left.

I love my time at Glen Mills Hand & Stone and am rarely disappointed. Jackie is the best, she always makes sure to take care of my aching areas, especially my shoulders and neck. My only regret this time was only getting a 50 minute massage and not getting my usual upgrade to 80 minutes. The foot treatment was awesome though.

Therapist conducted interview to determine any special areas that needed attention. She was pleasant, professional, and took care of those areas mentioned.

John is the best. I work out a lot and am very active so I always have some sort of area that needs extra attention. John is always able to find it and effectively work on it.
