Loved the person giving me a facial. Enjoyed talking to people on phone. The receptionists didn't seem professional when I arrived. The door was open which let in hot air. There were many people waiting which produces anxiety. I prefer to wait in a semi private area with little distractions.

Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The massage was excellent and every time I go it is always pleasant. The therapists really get to know you and make the massage personal and continue to improve the session by asking how they are doing.
