I’ve always been very pleased with Hand and Stone’s customer service. The warmth and comfort level I’ve found in the receptionists and therapists add to the experience of the massage and overall visit. The cleanliness and ambiance of both the reception area, restrooms and massage rooms are always carefully maintained. Best 50 minutes of my day!

I have been a member for years. I love going to Jacqui who does a massage AND a facial so I'm there for 2 hours relaxing and never leaving the room. She is awesome. Very professional, caring and welcoming. Would recommend this dual service to anyone who wants a relaxing spa experience.

I appreciated that I was able to go in and have my appointment start on time. I thought Brittany was very kind and knowledgeable. Probably the only thing I would change for a future visit would be a warmer room but I understand that would be difficult because it’s so subjective to each individual. Overall, a very nice experience.
