Hand and Stone

Everything was great as usual. When I was checking out with my daughter and granddaughter, I was told there was a $10.00 charge for transferring one of my services to her. This is totally unacceptable.

My therapist was friendly and did a great job!

I have to admit I came to the Hand & Stone not expecting much. The deep tissue massage was excellent and I actually signed up for a membership for monthly maintenance. Brittany had a good technique and offered some tailoring next time to address certain issues including some stretching recommendation. I provided information concerning certain areas I needed worked on but she was able to find an alleviate others I hadn't mentioned.

Therapist was exceptional and listened to my needs

Ella is a wonderful massage therapist. She is friendly and intuitive. She finds those kinks without me saying a word. I would highly recommend her.

I like Jacqui, the therapist. She meets my needs and asks if pressure is good throughout the massage.

From the scheduling to arriving to the completion of my services everyone was amazing! It is refreshing that everything was so relaxing and no problems!

I came in with some mid/lower back pain that I couldn’t identify the source of. I explained it to John before we got started and he gave that area special attention and was quickly able to zero in on the actual problem spot. John is the best!
