While I can't afford the ongoing membership, I do try to come into Hand & Stone about 3-4 times a year. I have always been satisified with the service at the Glen Mills, PA location. Each time the front staff and massage therapists have been friendly, knowledgeable, etc. It's why I keep coming back when I can no longer delay getting a massage.

Sandy is a wonderful therapist, she makes sure to ask about my needs and then goes above and beyond to address them! All of the staff at this location are helpful and so pleasant, I love coming here!

I had a giftcard for a "couples massage". I did not want this service. I went to another location and was turned away, not able to redeem for other services. I went to Glen Mills location (not the closest Hand and Stone) and was greeted warmly and with an offer to come in for whatever services I wanted. I made an appointment for a Basic facial, which turned into a membership offer and acceptance. The owner introduced himself, and I feel the value of membership will work well for me.
