The massage therapist was excellent. John listened to my needs and I felt awesome when I left there. What I was not happy about is that I arrived at the time of my appointment and was then told I needed to complete lengthy forms before my massage. The receptionist should have informed me of this when I made the appointment (by phone) so I would know to arrive earlier. I feel this paperwork caused my massage to start late. Another alternative wuld have been for the receptionist to allow me to complete the forms after my massage.
