This was my first massage with this therapist & it was outstanding. She offered a number of varied techniuqes & approaches that offered me a great experience overall.

My first visit to the salon and I found all the staff to be so welcoming and professional- fantastic facial and the best massage I have ever had (thanks Grace).

John was fantastic. He asked questions to ensure the pressure ans experience was good. It was a great massage and I will definitely be back. I look forward to the day I book them because it is such a great experience.

Ella fantastic and knowledgeable. Spends time asking questions to understand concerns. Ella is excellent!

Colette was an excellent esthetician, and Sammi was great at the front desk. Made my experience really nice after having terminated my membership earlier.

The experience was highly relaxing and enjoyable.

My appointment started with friendly, courteous receptionists who greeted me as I entered the salon. Then my therapist came to the waiting room to escort me back to the massage room. She then took a few minutes to discuss my needs and wants as far as the massage I would receive. She followed through during the massage to take care of those needs. When finished, she graciously offered me water and time to use the rest room before escorting me back to the waiting room. Check out was seamless with the receptionist offering to schedule another appointment at my convenience. An all around pleasurable experience.

Everyone at this facility was wonderful. My therapist, Grace, was extremely knowledgable about muscle groups and the best way to tackle the pain I was having. She was able to relax some knots I have had for years. I highly recommend her and this location in particular.

While I have locations closer to my home, I return to Glen Mills for the exceptional service of the staff and massage therapist Gina- she has really made a difference in treating/ relieving my back and neck pain.

Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. The esthetician was awesome. I booked any other appointment with Alexis.
