I suffer with Chronic Migraines which causes a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. Ever since I have been going to hand & stone the tension in my neck and shoulders are minimal.

I received a facial and then massage, so I was provided with a robe to wear in between treatments as well as a bag to hold my belongings, which was very convenient. My Esthetician explained the steps and products to be used during my facial and when I explained my skin concerns, she was quickly able to tell me what she could do to address them. My skin looked AMAZING afterwards. I even received a compliment later in the evening about how great my skin looked! Following the facial, I received a fantastic Swedish massage with the perfect amount of pressure. I will definitely be scheduling with the Esthetician and Massage Therapist again in the future! It was an all-around great experience.

My massage treatment is always done very well. I couldn't ask for better treatment. I would go more often if the cost was reduced a little. I recommend her to all my friends.Her name is Sandy.

I am very impressed with Madeline, the therapist I have worked with for several months now. She is skilled, courteous and, unlike some of the other therapists, does not engage in endless conversation.

My therapist was very knowledgable, found areas requiring pressure without even needing me to point them out. Spent perfect amount of time resolving knots and wasted no time on areas that were already relaxed. It had been some time since I'd seen her (after seeing other available therapists on my membership rotation) and yesterday made me realize how much I'd missed her particular ability/style. Highly recommended her to others last night, and this morning, even before I saw the request to provide feedback online.

Therapist worked on my problem areas. She asked if I wanted her to concentrate on those areas rather than other areas which she did. She was excellent.
